Train Alliance provides modern railway facilities for our customers and partners. To this end, we actively seek out new land areas that may be of interest to our stakeholders. This planning process differs from conventional market research because the process includes a number of unique indicators of what makes the land suitable for railway purposes. We get involved early on in the process by studying the railway’s rolling stock roster, traffic forecasts, upcoming acquisitions of rolling stock, current workshop structures and operational capability. This methodology has created an internal database that helps us to assess the attractiveness of potential establishment areas.
