Sale of Landskrona completed

Train Alliance has completed the divestment to Polar Structure of the shipyard and industrial port area in the port of Landskrona. The sale is the final step in the agreement that Train Alliance and Polar Structure reached in September 2026.

Varvsudden is strategically located on the Öresund and is one of Sweden’s few remaining major shipyards, with dry docks, quays and industrial premises along an important shipping route between the Baltic Sea and the North Sea. The area has a maritime industrial history that stretches back more than a century.

The sale means that the settlement between the parties has now been completed.
