Siemens Mobility AB signs a 25-year lease contract for a new modern locomotive workshop in Hallsberg.

Operations are environmentally certified according to ISO 14001:2015.

The terminals in Sigtuna are sold for SEK 500 million.

The terminals in Sigtuna, Sweden’s largest full-service terminals, connected to the Swedish Transport Administration’s infrastructure, are acquired for just over SEK 300 million. In conjunction with this, the company raises SEK 418 million in a new share issue.

Infranord signs a lease for a maintenance workshop in Hallsberg.

The class B share is listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

2019

Assets exceed SEK 1 billion when land holdings are valued at market value.

A new locomotive and rolling stock workshop is inaugurated in Malmö and a combi hall, for among other things de-icing, opens in Hallsberg.

A facility in Hallsberg is completed and is later sold as one of Europe’s most modern train service facilities. The company is quality certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

Train Alliance is granted an infrastructure manager safety permit, this time for a side track in Hallsberg. In the coming years, the company is granted several more such permits and in 2021, the company’s safety permit was expanded to become an infrastructure manager for main tracks, a permit level held by very few actors.

Planning of a new train service facility in Hallsberg starts to meet a clearly identified demand.

The first parcel of land in Sigtuna is acquired. In the same year, the company also receives TransQ certification, a qualification system used in public procurement.

A larger land area, Hallsberg Rala, is acquired. In the same year, a collaboration regarding land improvement is also started with Kilenkrysset, which later became one of Train Alliance’s largest owners.

A facility in Eskilstuna is acquired, consisting of infrastructure, siding tracks and a workshop.

Train Alliance is founded to work with land improvement and offer expertise and concepts for railway facilities.
